Melee attack has chance to stun. On stun, hold spacebar to enter heal mode, or press spacebar rapidly 3 times (to the rhythm!) to enter frenzy attack mode. In heal mode, press spacebar with the rhythm (same beat as range attack) to heal lots of health. In frenzy mode, spam the spacebar quickly to do loads and loads of damage!
